Arbitrary command execution via NetDiagPingSize injection

Command injection in TOTOLINK CA300-PoE 6.2c.884 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via NetDiagPingSize. The setNetworkDiag handler accepts a delimiter-bearing NetDiagPingSize value where a numeric ping size is expected, allowing the supplied ||ls; sequence to enter command processing. A valid session is not an established prerequisite: the proof of concept includes a SESSION_ID cookie, while the official assessment treats the endpoint as unauthenticated.
