Unauthenticated code execution via installer deserialization

Code injection in Typecho 1.1/17.10.30 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary server-side commands through install.php. The installer unserializes attacker-controlled __typecho_config data, and a gadget chain reaches call_user_func with system as the callback. Exploitation requires continuation after a database connection error and a forged same-origin Referer; commands then run with the PHP process's privileges.
