Stack-based buffer overflow in TRENDnet TEW-820AP 1.0R firmware 1.01.B01 allows remote authenticated users to execute code. The boa handler for /boafrm/formPasswordSetup accepts an arbitrarily long newpass value and apmib_set stores it as MIB key 183, causing a stack overwrite when the value is read and reused. Reaching the handler requires web-interface authentication; successful exploitation executes code or interrupts the device.
