Reflected XSS via unescaped Referer link

Reflected XSS in MISP 2.4.167 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute script in another user's browser via a crafted Referer header. The AuthKeys add action passes the request Referer into authkey_display.ctp, which writes it unescaped into an anchor href attribute. A logged-in user must add an authentication key with the crafted header; the injected script can access or alter data available to that MISP browser session.
