Stored XSS in NOSH ChartingSystem 4a5cfdb allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in another user's browser via first names. The create-user workflow stores an unsanitized first-name value and renders it on /users/2/1 without context-appropriate encoding. A physician, assistant, or billing user must save the payload, and another user must open the users panel, exposing data accessible to that browser session.
