Open redirect in Nagios XI before 5.9.3 allows remote attackers to send users to a malicious site through the Twilio component. The twilio_ajax_handler.php endpoint redirects the browser to an untrusted destination; Nagios has not published the responsible parameter or validation logic. Exploitation requires a user to follow a crafted link, enabling deceptive navigation without reported server compromise.
