Unauthorized decaying-model imports via wildcard ACL
Published Jan 20, 2023 · Updated Apr 3, 2025
Incorrect access control in MISP before 2.4.168 allows remote attackers to invoke the decaying-model import function. ACLComponent assigns decayingModel import to the wildcard role set instead of requiring perm_admin or perm_decaying. The missing permission gate permits restricted decaying-model imports; no separate code-execution or data-disclosure impact is documented.
