Authenticated memory corruption via unbounded password decryption

Stack-based buffer overflow in Milesight UR32L 32.3.0.5 allows remote authenticated users to corrupt memory via a crafted HTTP request. The /cgi user-management set operation passes Base64-decoded, AES-decrypted password fields to security_decrypt_password, which writes arbitrarily long plaintext into the fixed-size decrypted_tmp stack buffer. Authenticated access to the router management interface is required; the resulting memory corruption is not further characterized.
