CVE-2023-24015Network attack vector

Authenticated Reports outage via null name submission

Published Aug 9, 2023 · Updated Sep 20, 2024

Improper input validation in Nozomi Networks Guardian and CMC before 22.6.2 allows remote authenticated users to disrupt reports. The Reports section saves a report whose name is null without rejecting the invalid value, causing later report-list requests to remain stuck loading. A valid management-interface account and permission to save reports are required; the resulting interruption is limited to Reports functionality.
