Unauthorized DDS data access via permission forgery

Improper certificate validation in OpenDDS allows remote attackers with valid certificates to read protected DDS data and interrupt service. The DDS Security access-control plugin misuses OpenSSL PKCS7_verify, allowing a participant certificate chained to a shared identity and permissions CA to validate a self-signed permissions document. Exploitation requires DDS Security with the CA roles shared; the forged grant enables unauthorized topic access, while the published assessment reports no integrity impact.
