Databus takeover via improper permissions-signature validation

Authorization bypass in all versions of eProsima Fast DDS allows remote attackers to control a secure DDS databus. The permissions-document verifier misuses OpenSSL PKCS7_verify, accepting a document signed with a participant's valid enclave certificate because one CA serves both identity and permission roles. Exploitation requires DDS Security with the same CA for both roles and a valid participant certificate; it grants unauthorized publish and subscribe permissions.
