Database disclosure via unprepared query field
Published Oct 31, 2023 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
SQL injection in GamiPress 2.5.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to extract sensitive information from the WordPress database. The plugin fails to escape the user-controlled $qv[$field_id] value and embeds it in an existing SQL query without adequate preparation. No account or user interaction is required; injected query fragments can read database contents, while the CNA reports no integrity impact.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
