Remote crash via invalid CDR string parsing

Uncaught exception in OpenDDS before 3.23.1 allows remote attackers to crash applications via malformed RTPS messages. Invalid CDR strings in RTPS messages reach parsing paths that terminate the application instead of rejecting the malformed input. Exposure to untrusted RTPS traffic is required, and the reported consequence is an application crash without data disclosure or modification.
