Browser script execution via unsanitized blog search

Reflected XSS in Moodle LMS 4.0.0 through 4.0.5 and 4.1.0 allows remote attackers to execute browser script via a crafted blog search. The blog endpoint accepts the search parameter as raw input and insufficiently sanitizes it before including it in rendered page content. Exploitation requires a victim to follow the crafted link; script then runs in the vulnerable site's browser context and can read or modify page-accessible data.
