Administrator-level file disclosure via path traversal
Published May 17, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Path traversal in German Mesky GMAce 1.5.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to download arbitrary server files. Patchstack has not disclosed the affected request handler or the file-path parameter that reaches a server-side file-read operation without confinement. Administrator access is required, and successful exploitation exposes configuration, credentials, backups, or other files readable by the web server.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
