Unauthenticated XSS via shared-subdomain cookie injection

Cross-site scripting in Synopsys Coverity Connect before 2022.12.0 allows remote attackers to compromise its web interface via a domain cookie. A web service on the same subdomain can set a cookie across that subdomain, and Coverity Connect accepts the attacker-controlled value in a way that bypasses its XSS mitigations. Exploitation requires control of another web service on the shared subdomain; successful abuse executes script in the Coverity Connect origin.
