Remote code execution in SolarWinds Platform before 2023.3.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands as NETWORK SERVICE. The Web Console exposes the dangerous UpdateActionsProperties method without restricting its invocation to safe operations. Exploitation requires administrative Web Console access and runs resulting commands with the Windows NETWORK SERVICE account's privileges.
