Stored script execution via unsanitized settings
Published May 16, 2023 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Stored XSS in Skeepers Verified Reviews 2.3.13 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script through plugin settings. The plugin stores settings without adequate sanitization and later renders them without escaping, causing an injected payload to run in a viewer's browser. Administrator-level access and a separate user viewing the affected output are required; the disclosed impact is limited to that browser context.
