Data-collection enablement via missing nonce validation
Published Mar 13, 2023 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
CSRF in A2 Hosting A2 Optimized WP 3.0.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to enable developer data collection via forged requests. The admin_pagespeed_page function accepts the state-changing request without nonce validation. Exploitation requires an administrator with an active session to open attacker-controlled content; the documented effect is limited to enabling plugin-developer data collection.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
