Authenticated SQL injection via event ID parameter
Published Apr 28, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
SQL injection in SourceCodester Online DJ Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute SQL via a crafted id parameter. The manage_event.php endpoint passes the GET id value into a database query without neutralizing SQL syntax, enabling UNION extraction and time-delay expressions. Access requires valid management-panel credentials, and successful injection can disclose query results or delay request processing.
