Health-information theft via stored onmouseover script

Stored XSS in the IMPatienT ontology builder before 1.5.2 allows remote authenticated users to steal protected health information. The /modify_onto PATCH handler stores unneutralized HTML from ontology text fields, so an onmouseover attribute executes in a later viewer's browser. An attacker needs authenticated access to modify an ontology, and a victim must hover over the injected element; the resulting script runs in that victim's session.
