CVE-2023-23628Network attack vector

Recipient disclosure via unfiltered subscription settings

Published Jan 28, 2023 · Updated Mar 10, 2025

Information disclosure in Metabase allows remote authenticated users to view other users listed as dashboard subscription recipients. The dashboard subscription settings response returns the full recipient list to a sandboxed account instead of filtering the list to that account. A sandboxed user must open a subscription configured by another user, exposing recipient identities without granting data modification or service interruption.
