Missing authorization in Open edX LTI Consumer XBlock 7.0.0 through 7.2.1 allows remote authenticated users to alter LTI grades. Grade pass-back code trusts the line item's attacker-controlled resource_link_id when selecting the XBlock whose score is written to LMS grade tables. Reachability requires an integrated LTI tool and a known or guessable block location, and successful exploitation corrupts grade integrity.
