Memory corruption via unchecked BLE-L2CAP reassembly

Out-of-bounds write in Contiki-NG 4.8 and earlier allows physically proximate attackers to corrupt memory via fragmented BLE-L2CAP packets. The BLE-L2CAP input_l2cap_frame_flow_channel() reassembly path appends fragments to packetbuf without checking its remaining capacity. Reachability requires Bluetooth Low Energy proximity, and the write can extend up to 1152 bytes beyond the default packet buffer.
