Code execution via undersized PICT destination buffer

Heap-based buffer overflow in Accusoft ImageGear 20.1 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted PICT file. CreateDIBfromPict sizes its destination heap buffer from the image height and raster size, but uses a larger attacker-controlled dstRect height to bound repeated copies. Processing a malformed PICT or QuickDraw v2 file is sufficient, and the resulting out-of-bounds heap write executes code in the host application's context.
