Sensitive parameter disclosure via console access bypass
Published May 30, 2023 · Updated Jan 14, 2025
Incorrect access control in Stormshield Endpoint Security 2.3.0 through 2.3.2 allows remote authenticated users to read internal parameters. The SES Evolution server omits the intended access check when its locally installed console requests internal parameters. Any applicative profile can reach the exposed parameters; reported impact is limited to reading sensitive configuration data, with no integrity or availability effect.
