Authenticated file read via unsanitized MIB pathname

Path traversal in Milesight UR32L 32.3.0.5 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary files through a crafted network request. The luci2-io file-export function appends the unsanitized file parameter to the MIB directory path and passes the result to read_file. A valid session with export-read permission is required, and successful exploitation discloses files readable by the router process without modifying them.
