Settings modification via missing nonce validation

Cross-site request forgery in CHP Ads Block Detector 3.9.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to change or reset plugin settings. The chp_abd_action function accepts a settings-changing request without correctly validating a WordPress nonce. Exploitation requires a site administrator's authenticated browser to submit the forged request, enabling only plugin-setting modification or reset.
