Encrypted-volume remount without password reauthentication

Improper authentication in Apple macOS Monterey before 12.6.3 and Ventura before 13.2 allows local users to remount encrypted volumes. DiskArbitration loses the authenticated volume state across an unmount and accepts a later mount by a different user without requesting the encryption password. Exploitation requires local interaction with an encrypted volume and bypasses its remount password prompt; no remote path or broader access is reported.
