Process abort via undersized relocation buffer

Heap-based buffer overflow in UPX 4.0.1 and earlier allows context-dependent attackers to abort the process via a crafted TMT executable. PackTmt::pack allocates relocation work memory without four bytes required for the original entry point and relocation size, so set_le32 writes past the heap buffer. Exploitation requires UPX to pack the file; the demonstrated outcome is a process abort, not code execution.
