CVE-2023-23446Network attack vector

Unauthorized file download via REST access-control failure

Published May 15, 2023 · Updated Jun 1, 2026

Improper access control in SICK FTMg firmware before 3.0.0.131.Release allows remote attackers to download files through the REST API. The REST interface authorizes file-download requests from an account that lacks the privilege required to access those files. The affected interface is network reachable, and exploitation exposes file contents without reported write access or service interruption.
