Local code execution via malformed certificate import

Improper input validation in Microsoft Windows Cryptographic Services allows local users to execute code by importing a malicious certificate. NCrypt.I_GetDescriptorFromAndCombiner processes more than eight certificate SIDs into fixed-size arrays without enforcing their capacity, causing out-of-bounds writes. Exploitation requires an affected system to import the crafted certificate, after which attacker-controlled code runs in the importing process context.
