Administrator browser script execution via unencoded grid fields
Published Apr 27, 2023 · Updated Jan 30, 2025
Stored cross-site scripting in Pimcore before 10.5.21 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in an administrator's browser. The DataObject Any Getter grid operator inserts label, attribute, and parameter values into HTML without encoding them. A user must save a malicious grid configuration and another administrator must view it; the script can read or alter data available to that browser session.
