Local privilege escalation via negative Bluetooth event index

Incorrect numeric conversion in the Windows Bluetooth Service in affected Windows 10, 11, and Server builds allows local users to elevate privileges. BrokerLib.dll checks signed EventType values only against the dispatch table's upper bound, so a negative RPC value indexes before the handler array and invokes an unintended pointer. Bluetooth must be enabled, and the caller must run in an AppContainer with Bluetooth capability; the published proof of concept crashes bthserv and demonstrates LOCAL SERVICE access.
