Access-code replacement via missing CSRF check
Published Jul 17, 2023 · Updated Oct 30, 2024
Cross-site request forgery in Caldera Forms Google Sheets Connector before 1.3 allows remote attackers to replace its Google access code. The caldera-forms-gsheet-sheet-config administrator page accepts a code query parameter and updates the stored access code without a CSRF token check. A logged-in WordPress administrator must open a crafted URL, after which the request changes the integration credential without the administrator's intent.
