CVE-2023-2326Network attack vector

Access-code replacement via missing nonce validation

Published Jun 27, 2023 · Updated Nov 27, 2024

Cross-site request forgery in WesternDeal GSheetConnector for Gravity Forms before 1.3.5 allows remote attackers to replace its access code. The verify_code_integation_new handler accepts an access-code update without validating a WordPress nonce, so a forged request is processed as an authorized settings change. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to visit or submit attacker-controlled content; the resulting change compromises the plugin's Google authentication configuration.
