Administrator session compromise via stored enquiry script
Published Feb 27, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Stored XSS in PHPGurukul Art Gallery Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to run script in an administrator's browser. The art-enquiry.php workflow stores the fullname parameter without neutralizing script markup, and the unanswered-enquiry view renders it as active HTML. Execution requires an administrator to open the stored enquiry, exposing the session cookie and permitting browser actions in that session's context.
