Memory corruption via unchecked AVC parameter IDs

Buffer overflow in GPAC 2.3-DEV-rev1-g4669ba229-master allows attackers to corrupt memory through a crafted AVC bitstream. The avc_parse_slice function accepts a picture parameter set ID of 255 or a sequence parameter set ID above 31, then uses it to index fixed parser arrays. Processing attacker-controlled media requires user interaction, and the resulting out-of-bounds access corrupts memory; reliable code execution is not established publicly.
