Admin-stored script execution via unencoded product-tour rendering
Published Feb 1, 2023 · Updated Mar 27, 2025
Stored XSS in ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus 14103 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in viewers' browsers. Advanced Portal configurations accept malicious JavaScript in product-tour content, and client rendering fails to encode the stored data before display. An Admin role is required to inject the script, and execution occurs only when another user opens the product tour or its preview.
