Stored XSS in ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus before 14103 and ServiceDesk Plus MSP before 13002 allows remote authenticated users to execute script. The purchase-order details page stores malicious service-request association data and renders it in the Associate Service Requests list without encoding. Low-privileged access is required to associate a request, and execution occurs in a target user's browser when that list is viewed.
