Stored XSS in Kyle Phillips Favorites for WordPress 2.3.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts via shortcode attributes. The user_favorites shortcode accepts user-supplied attributes without sufficient input sanitization and emits them without adequate output escaping. Contributor-level access is required to save a crafted page, and the injected script executes whenever a user views that page.
