Local system crash via error-pointer misclassification

Invalid pointer dereference in the Linux kernel before 5.15.13 allows local users to crash systems during mlx5 steering setup. dr_domain_init_resources treats an ERR_PTR from mlx5_get_uars_page as a successful allocation because it checks only for NULL, then continues with the invalid pointer. Low-privileged local access is required, and the bounded consequence is an availability-only system crash when UAR allocation fails.
