JavaScript execution via reflected URL input
Published Feb 21, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Reflected XSS in the Axis 207W web administration portal allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript through a crafted URL. Public sources do not identify the vulnerable endpoint or parameter; they state only that URL input is reflected into the portal without safe output handling. Execution requires a user to open the crafted URL, after which the script can read or alter data accessible to the affected portal session.
