Unauthenticated file disclosure via rogue MySQL server

Path traversal in OpenEMR before 7.0.0 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary server files through the unauthenticated setup.php flow. setup.php accepts attacker-supplied database properties, and Installer::getCurrentTheme connects to the rogue server and issues a query that the server answers with a MySQL LOCAL file request. Exposure requires setup.php to remain reachable and mysqli.allow_local_infile to be enabled; the attacker receives files readable by the PHP process, including credentials, certificates, tokens, and backups.
