Authenticated script execution via unencoded request URI

Reflected XSS in OpenEMR before 7.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to inject script or HTML through a crafted REQUEST_URI. The Eye Exam form helper writes the request URI into an HTML response without context-appropriate output encoding, so supplied markup executes when the generated page is opened. An authenticated account and user interaction are required; successful exploitation runs script in another user's browser and can read or alter data available to that session.
