Improper access control in BlogEngine.NET 3.3.8.0 allows remote attackers to read files belonging to unpublished blogs without authentication. The public advisory does not identify the request handler or explain which missing authorization check permits file retrieval. Any network visitor who can reach the site can obtain unpublished-blog files, but no write, execution, or service-interruption impact is reported.
