Local allocator-process memory disclosure

Out-of-bounds read in affected Arm Android Gralloc Module builds before r42p0 allows local users to read allocator-process memory. Arm has not published the specific Gralloc function or buffer operation that performs the out-of-bounds read. Exploitation requires a non-privileged local account and exposes only a small portion of allocator-process memory, with no reported write or service-interruption capability.
