Improper access control in LS ELECTRIC XBC-DN32U 01.80 allows remote attackers to control and tamper with the PLC through XGT packets. The XGT protocol endpoint accepts control packets without properly enforcing access restrictions; lower-level implementation details are undisclosed. Network reachability to XGT is sufficient, without privileges or user interaction, and successful exploitation permits unauthorized manipulation of PLC operation.
