Cleartext transmission in LS ELECTRIC XBC-DN32U OS version 01.80 allows attackers to read credentials from XGT protocol traffic. The controller sends sensitive XGT protocol data, including user credentials, without confidentiality protection on the communication channel. Attackers able to monitor traffic between the PLC and an XGT client can recover transmitted secrets, with no reported integrity or availability impact.
