Missing authentication in LS ELECTRIC XBC-DN32U 01.80 allows remote attackers to change the PLC operating mode through network commands. The PLC accepts mode-change operations without verifying the requester's identity or authorization. Network access to the controller is sufficient, and a mode change can interrupt or alter the controlled industrial process.
